How to professionally say is a list of things you might want to say at work, offering suggestions for more effective ways to say them. Instead of saying “that sounds like a horrible idea,” you can say “are we confident that this is the best solution or are we still exploring alternatives?” Not all of them flow naturally but there are some good examples to choose from.
