In the run up to the Global Excel Summit 2022 I was lucky enough to interview two genuine stars of the modelling / training industry.

Leila Gharani - founder of XelPlus and YouTube legend, and Kat Norton, a.k.a Miss Excel - the TikTok and Instagram star who started her entrepreneurial journey after the COVID pandemic started!

We talk about future plans, dance moves, collaborations, and the highs and lows of running your own business.

This also happened to be the first time these two had ever spoken to each other.  Quite the event!
